Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to professional fees paid to Abdulqadir Bohra and Co(“AQBCO ITR Practice”, “we”) for Income-Tax Return preparation, filing and advisory services.

Nature of services

Our fees are charged for professional services (preparation, computation, review, filing and advisory). They are not for a physical product; there is no shipping or delivery of goods.

Cancellation & refunds

  • Before work begins: if you cancel before we have started preparing your return, you are eligible for a full refund of the fee paid, requested within 7 days of payment.
  • After work has begun but before filing: a partial refund may be made at our discretion, after deducting for the work already performed (e.g. document review, computation).
  • After the return is filed: the service is complete and fees are non-refundable.
  • Duplicate / failed payments: any amount charged in error, or a duplicate payment, will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (card / UPI / net-banking) used at checkout, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The exact credit timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

How to request a refund

Email admin@aqbco.org with your name, the service paid for, and the payment reference. You may also call us at +91 92264 75414. We will acknowledge your request and respond within 7 business days.
